摘要
提出在氯碱行业全面开展泄漏检测与修复工作,并介绍了泄漏检测与修复的技术方案,以逐步减少设备、工艺管线泄漏点,从而达到控制无组织有机挥发物排放的目的。
It is proposed to carry out the work of leak detection and repair in chlor-alkali industry in an all-round way.The technical scheme of leak detection and repair for gradually reducing the leak points in equipment and in process pipelines are introduced,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the emission of unorganized organic volatiles.
