离心式氯气压缩机密封系统的计算流体力学评估

CFD evaluation of sealing system of centrifugal chlorine compressor

采用ANSYS软件对离心式氯气压缩机三腔迷宫式梳齿密封进行了计算流体力学评估。结果表明:该密封系统效果优异,对压缩机的突变状况也有较强的应对能力,不会因氯气系统压力波动而导致密封失效,能保证氯气压缩机的安全、稳定运行。

The three-chamber labyrinth comb seal of centrifugal chlorine compressor was CFD evaluated by ANSYS software.The results showed that the seal was excellent,could well deal with sudden changes in the conditions of the compressor,could not failure when the pressure in the chlorine system fluctuated,and could ensure the safe and stable operation of chlorine compressor.
