The second-effect evaporator is a piece of equipment for the concentration and reuse of waste dilute sulfuric acid.Its shell is made of FRP,and the interior is lined with graphite plate.Shortly after being put into operation,the evaporator leaked.The causes of leakage are analyzed from the aspects such as material,design and manufacture.
