摘要
乙酸乙酯制备的实验教学通常使用浓硫酸作催化剂,但是存在很多缺点,例如不安全、副反应多、腐蚀严重、后处理复杂等。针对这些不足,设计以硅胶负载浓硫酸形成的固体酸为催化剂,并对其在乙酸乙酯实验教学中的应用进行探索,主要包括教学内容、组织形式、考核方式等。该方法具有操作简单、安全、产率高、催化剂可回收利用等优点,符合绿色化学理念,充分体现了科研对教学的支撑功能。
Concentrated sulfuric acid usually used as catalyst in the experimental teaching of ethyl acetate preparation,but which has many shortcomings,such as unsafe,too much secondary reaction,serious corrosion,complicated final treatment and so on.In view of these shortcomings,the solid acid formed by concentrated sulfuric acid loaded on silica gel was designed as catalyst,and its application in experimental teaching of ethyl acetate was explored,including teaching content,organization form,evaluation methods,etc.The method has some advantages,for example simple operation,safety,high yield and recyclability of catalyst,which conforms to the concept of green chemistry,and fully embodies the supporting function of scientific research on teaching.
