摘要
利用实验室现有设备,并结合理论知识和科研项目,设计一个创新型实验。以氧气为氧源,采用有机金属盐为催化剂,金属氧化物为助剂,在一定的温度和压力下,使大豆油与氧气发生环氧化反应,再减压蒸馏进行精制,得到较为纯净的环氧大豆油,测得的产品环氧值较高。考察了氧气含量、反应温度、反应时间、反应压力对产物环氧值的影响,并最终得到了该法最佳的工艺条件。通过实验过程,培养了学生的创新能力及科研兴趣。
Using existing laboratory equipment and combined with theoretical knowledge and scientific research achievements of the teacher,an innovative experiment was designed,mainly using oxygen as an oxygen source,using organometallic salt as a catalyst,and metal oxides as auxiliaries,at a certain temperature and pressure.The epoxidation reaction between soybean oil and oxygen was carried out,and then vacuum distillation was carried out to obtain a purer epoxy soybean oil.The measured epoxide value of the product was higher.The effects of oxygen content,reaction temperature,reaction time and reaction pressure on the epoxide value of the product were investigated.Through the experimental process,students’innovative ability and scientific research interest are cultivated.
