乳清蛋白联合肠内营养制剂对肿瘤化疗患者免疫力的影响及安全性

Effects and Safety of Whey Protein Combined with Enteral Nutrition Preparations on Immunity in Patients of Tumor Chemotherapy

目的探讨乳清蛋白联合肠内营养制剂对肿瘤化疗患者免疫力的影响及安全性。方法选取2017年5月至2019年4月辽宁省抚顺市中医院收治的肿瘤化疗患者72例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与试验组,各36例。对照组给予常规饮食,试验组给予乳清蛋白联合肠内营养制剂,比较两组营养指标、免疫指标和不良反应。结果两组治疗前营养指标(总蛋白、血红蛋白、白蛋白)、免疫指标[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组营养指标、免疫指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为5.56%,低于对照组22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳清蛋白联合肠内营养制剂可改善肿瘤化疗患者营养状态,提高其免疫力,且安全性更高。

Objective To explore effects and safety of whey protein combined with enteral nutrition preparations on immunity in patients of tumor chemotherapy.Methods Seventy-two patients of tumor chemotherapy treated in Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Liaoning province from May 2017 to April 2019 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was given routine diet,while the experimental group was given whey protein combined with enteral nutrition preparations.Nutrition indexes,immune indexes and adverse reactions in the 2 groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the nutritional indexes(total protein,hemoglobin and albumin)and immune indexes[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)]between the 2 groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the nutrition indexes and the immune indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.56%,lower than that in the control group(22.22%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients of tumor chemotherapy,whey protein combined with enteral nutrition preparations can improve their nutritional status and enhance their immunity,with higher safety.
