肉桂粉治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效

Clinical Observation of Rougui Powder in Improving Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨肉桂粉对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的改善作用。方法选取2017年10月至2019年3月中国医学科学院阜外医院深圳医院收治的80例DPN患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为肉桂组(39例)和对照组(41例)。两组均给予相同基础治疗,包括糖尿病饮食,均使用胰岛素方案控制血糖达标,肉桂组在基础治疗上采用肉桂粉治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、症状体征改善情况及肌电图。结果肉桂组治疗有效率明显高于对照组义(P<0.05),肉桂组治疗后各项症状体征评分低于对照组(P<0.05),肉桂组改善神经传导速度方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用肉桂粉治疗DPN临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the ameliorative effects of Rougui Powder on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DNP).Methods A total of 80 patients with DNP admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Shenzhen Hospital,Fuwai Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Scienceswere divided into a Rougui Powder(n=39)group and a control group(n=41)according to the principle of random number table.Both groups were given the same basic treatment,including a diabetes diet,and the insulin regimen was used to control blood sugar compliance.The Rougui group was treated with rougui Powder on the basic treatment.The clinical efficacy,improvement of symptoms and signs,and electromyography were compared between the 2 groups.Results The effective rate of Rougui Powder is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various symptoms and signs in the Rougui Powder were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the Rougui Powder was superior to the control group in improving nerve conduction velocity(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Rougui Powder in the treatment of DPN is significant.
