摘要
在高平均功率太赫兹大型科研装置(CTFEL)低温系统中,排放自杜瓦等设备的氦气,由于其稀缺性被加以回收纯化,但存在一定损失。通过对实际的氦气回收过程以及对以低温冷凝和吸附为主要手段的纯化过程的试验跟踪和分析,找到了氦气损失的原因,提出相应的针对措施,大大减少了氦气在回收纯化中的损失。
It is necessary to recover and purify the low purity helium from the dewar of the cryogenic system in the large scale high average Terahertz scientific installation of CAEP(CTFEL)because of the scarcity of the helium, however, there exists some loss of helium. In this paper, the helium recovery and purification test were conducted and analysed, and the reason of the loss of helium was found. Therefore, the relevant measurements were proposed. The results indicate the loss of helium during recovering and purifying is highly reduced.
