摘要
对液氧加注系统中的盲支管填充过程进行了仿真,研究了液氧蒸气腔填充过程中的瞬变流动现象,分析了危害程度影响因素,评估了填充冲击的危害性。结果表明,危害性的大小与盲支管的直径和长度成反比,与主管道背压成正比。研究结论可为发射场液氧加注系统和加注工艺流程的设计优化提供参考。
Blind branch pipe to be filling liquid oxygen was simulated. The flow transients in the filling process of the vapor chamber were studied. Factors affecting the degree of harm were analyzed, and the hazard of filling impact was evaluated. The results show that the harm degree is inverse to the pipe diameter and length, and is proportional to the back pressure of the pipe. This study can provide useful references for the optimal design of the liquid oxygen adding system and the technological process in space launching field.
