摘要
以轮流降温制冷系统为实验对象,在不同环境温度下,改变冷库的温度范围,调节风机频率,运用运行时间系数衡量系统能耗,探究冷库性能随各影响因素的变化。实验结果发现:库温不同时,随着风机频率的增大,对冷间降温时间影响降低;库温为0℃~2℃,风机频率50 Hz时,运行时间系数为0.24,系统处于"大马拉小车"状态,降低风机频率至30 Hz,运行时间系数提高到0.38,使冷库低能耗运行,为进一步优化系统设计提供了依据。
Taking the rotating cooling system as the experimental object, the temperature range of the cold storage was changed at different ambient temperatures, the frequency of the fan was adjusted, the operating time coefficient was used to measure the energy consumption of the system, and the performance of the cold storage was investigated with various influencing factors. The experimental results show that when the temperature of the reservoir is different, the influence to the cooling time decreases with the increase of the fan frequency;When the storage temperature is 0 ℃ ~ 2 ℃, the operating time coefficient is 0.24 and the fan frequency is 50 Hz, the cooling capacity is large. When reducing the fan frequency to 30 Hz, the running time factor is increased to 0.38, which makes the cold storage operation of low energy.
