摘要
随着经济全球化的兴起,人才国际化应运而生,拥有国际先进理念、具备自主创新能力的国际化人才成为战略性争夺资源。面对世界经济增长乏力、大国博弈加剧和新技术革命加速裂变的影响,人才国际化进程与国际化人才特征呈现出新的变化,新形势下的人才工作需要调整策略、优化路径,加快形成人才国际化竞争的比较优势。
As the rising of economic globalization,the international of talents has been brought forth.The international talents who have the advanced ideas and innovative abilities become the strategically competitive resources.Facing the fatigue growth of economics,aggressive games among super countries and accelerated technology revolutions,new trends of internationalization process and characteristics of talents are presented.Therefore,strategic adjustment and path optimization are needed in the new situation,to form the competitive advantages in the process of talent internationalization.
