高校生命教育的困境及其与心理健康教育的融合路径 被引量:4

The realistic predicament of life education in colleges and its integration path with mental health education

摘要 近年来,我国高校部分大学生出现了生命意义感缺失和轻视生命等“生命困顿”现象,这凸显了生命教育的重要性和必要性。当前,生命教育尚未在全国高校范围内普遍开展,高校开展生命教育工作遇到了诸多现实困境。要克服生命教育的困境,高校应在整合和利用现有教育资源的基础上,不断探索生命教育与心理健康教育的融合路径,如:(1)教学内容的融合,将生命教育核心内容融入心理健康教育;(2)教育实践的融合,注重非正式的、潜在的和体验的教育实践方式;(3)教育主体的融合,培养胜任生命教育的优秀师资队伍。 In recent years,some college students are oppressed by life predicament problems such as a sense of meaningless life and suicide,which highlights the importance and necessity of life education.Until now,life education has not been launched in nationwide colleges,many realistic predicaments still exist in life education.Therefore,in order to overcome these problems,we should explore the path of mutual learning and integration of life education and mental health education on the basis of integrating and using existing educational resources,such as⑴the integration of teaching content:the core content of life education into mental health education;⑵the integration of educational practice:paying attention to the informal,potential and experience of educational practice;⑶the integration of educational subjects:cultivate excellent faculty for life education.
