乡村振兴视角下农民宅基地创新利用路径论述--以江苏省淮安市乡村调查分析为例

乡村振兴战略是党的十九大提出的一项重大战略。伴随着城镇化进程加快,宅基地保障功能逐渐弱化,农民居住相对零散,居住面积大且层数低的独户独院的住宅较多,出现一户多宅现象,造成大量的宅基地闲置,土地资源浪费严重,如何科学利用好宅基地,盘活农村宅基地促进经济发展,对于振兴乡村经济具有重要的意义。食为政先,地为粮本。中共十九大强调资源节约优先的战略,把转变经济发展方式作为主线,真正实现以土地利用方式根本转变促进经济供给侧结构性改革,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦作出更大贡献。

How to make good use of homesteads and revitalize rural homesteads to promote economic development is of great significance for revitalizing the rural economy.Food is the first policy, and land is the foundation of food.
