GC-MS/MS法测定沙棘制品中农药残留检测技术研究

Study on the Determination of Pesticides Residue in Seabuckthorn Products by GC-MS/MS

摘要 建立气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)测定沙棘制品中多种农药残留的方法。沙棘制品以1%乙酸乙腈提取,QuChERS(Quick、Easy、Cheap、Effective、Rugged、Safe)方法净化,采用Agilent HP-5MS ultralnert柱(15m×0.25μm×250μm)和预柱H2反吹EPC(14.83 m×250μm×0.25μm)柱上分离。结果表明,在添加水平为10 ng/g^100ng/g时,40种农药的回收率在65%~120%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5.5%~13.4%,符合农药残留分析要求。 A GC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of various pesticide residue in seabuckthorn products.Seabuckthorn products were extracted with 1%acetic acid acetonitrile,QuechersS(Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged,Safe)method purification,Agilent HP-5 MS ultralnert column(15 m×0.25μm×250μm)and pre-column H2 backflush EPC(14.83 m×250μm×0.25μm)were used for separation.The results showed that at the fortified levels of 10 ng/g^100 ng/g,the average recoveries of 40 pesticides ranged from 65.5%to 120%with the relative standard deciations(RSD)of 5.5%to 13.4%.
