ICP-MS法测定金刺梨中稀土元素探析 被引量:1

Exploratory Analysis in Determination by ICP-MS of Rare Earth Elements in Rosa Sterilis

摘要 利用微波消解技术,建立ICP-MS法测定金刺梨中痕量稀土元素的方法,通过回收率实验验证了方法的准确性。结果表明,在金刺梨样品所检测的16种痕量稀土元素中各元素的工作曲线相关线性系数R2均大于0.9991,检出限在0.016~0.182μg/kg,方法精密度在0.40%~8.70%,加标回收率在96.7%~105.0%之间,金刺梨样品中稀土元素含量较高的元素为Y、La、Ce和Nd。本实验方法分析结果准确,方法处理快,回收率高,适用于刺梨鲜果中痕量稀土元素的检测。 A method for the determination of trace rare earth elements in Rosa Sterilis microwave digestion and ICP-MS was set up,and accuracy of the method was verified by standard addition method.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of R^2 more than 0.9991,the limit of detection were 0.016~0.182μg/kg,the method precision were 0.40%~8.70%,the recoveries in spiked samples were 96.7%~105.0%,and the higher content of trace rare earth elements in theRosa Sterili samples were Y,La,Ce and Nd.The experimental method has accurate analysis results,fast processing and high recovery rate,which could be used to detecttrace rare earth elements in Rosa Sterilis.
