宫颈癌是女性因肿瘤死亡的主要原因。放疗作为宫颈癌主要治疗手段,对提高患者总生存率、降低局部复发率和远处转移率有重要意义。然而放疗也可能会导致各种难以逆转的不良事件,这些不仅影响宫颈癌患者的治疗效果,同时对患者后期生活质量造成严重影响。阴道作为宫颈癌放疗邻近组织,不仅是放疗靶器官,还是危及器官,因此放疗后出现阴道损伤是不可避免的。而临床上对放射性阴道损伤及其对性生活质量影响的关注较少。因此如何在保障疗效的前提下降低阴道不良反应显得尤为重要。本文就近年来放射性阴道损伤的相关研究进行综述。

Cervical cancer is the main cause of women s death from tumors.As the main treatment for cervical cancer,radiotherapy is of great significance for improving the overall survival rate of patients,reducing the local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate.However,radiotherapy may also lead to various adverse events that are difficult to reverse,which not only affects the treatment effect of cervical cancer patients,but also has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients later.As the adjacent tissue of cervical cancer radiotherapy,the vagina is not only the target organ of radiotherapy,but also an organ that is endangered.Therefore,vaginal damage after radiotherapy is inevitable.However,there is less clinical concern about radioactive vaginal injury and its impact on sexual quality of life.Therefore,how to reduce vaginal adverse reactions under the premise of ensuring the efficacy is particularly important.This article will summarize the research related to radioactive vaginal adverse reactions in recent years.
