Diabetes combined with acute hepatic portal venous gas: two cases report

肝门静脉积气(hepatic portal venous gas,HPVG)是一种罕见的影像学征象,通常是一种疾病或者多种疾病在影像学上的一种表征,其发生发展及预后与原发病因有着密切的关系,一直被认为是一种危险临床信号,最早的报道称其病死率高达90%[1-2],近年来的报道显示病死率不断下降,但病死率预测值仍然高达50%[3],被称为"死神之征"。

Hepatic portal venous gas is a rare clinical imaging signs, in order to increase the understanding about etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, imaging characteristics, and the success rate of diagnosis and treatment of the disease, we report 2 cases of hepatic portal venous gas in KunShan NO.1 People’s Hospital and search the database of CNKI, Wanfang. All of the cases conformed to the standard are analyzed and summarized.
