摘要
干法水泥生产工艺中,在回转窑篦冷机段取热进行余热发电是一种有效的节能方法。但是如何在保证不影响二次风、三次风等生产正常用风情况下,使篦冷机内熟料余热得到最大限度利用是节能改造时需要解决的难题。对某10000 t/d篦冷机12 MW余热节能改造项目进行了数值模拟,模拟了节能改造前后篦冷机内部流场和温度场分布,分析了预计取热方式的可行性,为后续余热发电节能改造项目提供理论支撑。
Using the waste heat from rotary kiln grate cooler to generate electricity is an effective energy saving method in dry cement manufacturing processes.How to making the most use of the waste heat in grate cooler and don’t having an effect on normal air used in production processes at the same time is a problem that needs to be solved.A numerical simulation of a 10000 t/d grate cooler in 12 MW cogeneration energy efficiency retrofitting project is carried out in this paper.The flow distribution and temperature distribution in the inside of grate cooler has been simulated,the feasibility of the projected heat recovery method has been analyzed,the theoretical support has been provided to the following cogeneration energy efficiency retrofitting project.
