高职医学生心理健康水平与家庭关怀、锻炼态度的相关性

The Correlation Between Mental Health Level and Family Care, Exercise Attitude of Medical Students in Vocational Colleges

采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、家庭关怀度指数量表(APGAR)和锻炼态度量表对贵州民族地区492名高职医学生进行调查;结果:贵州民族地区高职医学生存在心理障碍或心理障碍边缘的比例为47.36%,与全国大学生常模比较,除敌对因子外SCL-90其余各项因子平均分值普遍偏高(p﹤0.05),家庭功能和锻炼态度分值较低,相关分析表明,心理健康水平与家庭关怀度、体育锻炼态度呈负相关,多因素Logistic回归分析显示,有无留守经历(OR=0.052,95%CI:0.015~0.183)、是否贫困(OR=0.574,95%CI:0.506~3.416)、民族(OR=0.154,95%CI:0.063~0.373)是影响民族地区高职医学生心理健康的主要因素;结论:民族地区高职医学生心理健康水平总体偏低,与家庭关怀、体育锻炼态度关系密切,应结合民族地区情况实际,采取有针对性的干预措施,加强高职医学生心理健康教育和心理疏导。

Objective: To explore the correlation between mental health level and family care and exercise attitude of medical students in Higher Vocational Colleges in Minority Areas;Methods: 492 Medical students in minority areas were investigated by using Symptom Checklist SCL-90, Family Care Index(APGAR) and Exercise Attitude Scale;Results: Results show that The proportion of higher vocational medical students living at the edge of psychological barrier or psychological barrier in Guizhou minority areas was 47.36%. Compared with the national norm of College students, the average scores of SCL-90 factors except hostile factors were generally higher(p<0.05),The scores of family function and exercise attitude were lower, The correlation analysis showed that the level of mental health was negatively correlated with family care and physical exercise attitude. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that whether or not there was left-behind experience(OR=0.052, 95% CI:0.015-0.183), poverty(OR=0.574, 95% CI:0.506-3.416), nationality(OR=0.154, 95% CI:0.063-0.373) were influential factors. The Main Factors of Mental Health of Higher Vocational Medical Students in Ethnic Areas.;Conclusion: The mental health level of higher vocational medical students in minority areas is generally low, which is closely related to family care and physical exercise attitude. Targeted intervention measures should be taken to strengthen the mental health education and psychological counseling of higher vocational medical students in light of the actual situation in minority areas.
