摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈与问卷调查法,数理统计,逻辑分析法,对PDCA管理法在广东省校园足球裁判员管理实施提出方案,并分析其优势,基于供需平衡视角提出团队管理策略。提出,P阶段培训实施计划,D阶段管理质量指标分析及培训的实施,C阶段培训后的考核及反馈,A阶段对培训过程中的问题进行调整,包括总结经验和继续循环。通过注重人才选拔、强化监督检查、加大培训力度、建立激励机制等措施,推动校园足球活动的深入开展。
By using the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper puts forward the scheme of implementing PDCA management method in the management of campus football referees in Guangdong Province, analyzes its advantages, and puts forward the team management strategy based on the perspective of balance between supply and demand. It is put forward that stage P training implementation plan, stage D management quality index analysis and training implementation, stage C training assessment and feedback, stage A to adjust the problems in the training process, including summing up experience and continuing cycle. Through paying attention to talent selection, strengthening supervision and inspection, strengthening training, establishing incentive mechanism and other measures, we can promote the in-depth development of campus football activities.
