国际地缘政治中的蒙古国战略地位研究

Research on the Mongolia’s Strategic Position in International Geopolitics

在科学技术日益发达的今天,地理因素在国际政治中的作用似乎有所减弱,可事实是,世界大国围绕地缘政治的斗争与博弈仍在持续增加。那些被视为地缘政治枢纽的地区和国家,历来是大国较量的主阵地,因此也备受关注。蒙古国不仅是亚太地区的地缘政治核心国家,而且是对中国地缘政治利益有着巨大影响的国家,对其地缘政治价值的客观评估关乎中国的核心利益。本文借助地缘政治相关理论,在厘清蒙古国地缘政治地位以及大国出于地缘政治考量对蒙古国政策倾向的基础上,探究基于地缘政治理论指导的中国对蒙古国的政策及关系模式,同时延伸思考东北亚地区的地缘政治地位之于中国的价值与影响。

With the continuous development of science and technology,the role of geographical factors in international politics seems to be waning.The truth,however,is that the struggle and game among the great powers are intensifying in geopolitics.Regions and countries that are located in important geopolitical hubs have always been the main front of geopolitical contests,and thus the focus of concern.Mongolia is not only a geopolitical core country of the Asia-Pacific region,but also a country of huge impact on China’s geopolitical interests.An objective evaluation of its geopolitical value concerns the core interests of China.This paper uses relevant geopolitical theories to analyze Mongolia’s geopolitical position,and by incorporating the policy tendencies of great powers on Mongolia,explores China’s policy on and relationship with Mongolia.In the meantime,this paper also reflects on the value and impact of Northeast Asia’s geopolitical status for China.
