农村中小学体育教师的社会地位认同的研究 被引量:4

A Research on the Social Status Identity of Physical Education Teachers in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools

摘要 通过问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法,对吕梁市兴县农村中小学体育教师的社会阶层地位和身份进行分析。研究结果:农村体育教师的社会地位相对较低,在社会尊重、教学自主权、专业成长与发展、工资待遇、职称职务晋升等方面均处于一定的劣势。建议:赋予农村体育教师更高的社会地位、寻找跨越文化壁垒中的桥梁、及农村体育教师的自我定位和自我认同。 By means of questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the social class status and identity of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Xingxian county, lvliang city. The results show that the social status of rural PE teachers is relatively low, and they are at a certain disadvantage in respect of social respect, teaching autonomy, professional growth and development, wages and salaries, promotion of professional titles and other aspects. Suggestions: to give rural PE teachers a higher social status, to find a bridge across cultural barriers, and to identify themselves.
