摘要
针对某亚临界300 MW机组汽动给水泵大修后首次启动出现的异常振动爬升现象,通过数据测试、频谱分析,得出齿式联轴器汽轮机侧内外齿出现磨损与断裂是导致该汽动给水泵振动异常爬升的主要原因,重新检修后,成功解决了汽动给水泵异常振动问题。
Aiming at the abnormal vibration climb phenomenon that occurred for the first time after the overhaul of the steam turbine feed pump of a subcritical 300 MW unit,data test and spectrum analysis are conducted.It is concluded that the wear and break of the internal and external teeth on the turbine side of the gear coupling are caused by the steam feed pump,and the main reason for the abnormal vibration climb.With the root causes identified,the abnormal vibration of the steam feed pump is successfully solved.
