常州红色文化融入高职院校创新创业教育路径探析

Research on the Path of Changzhou Red Culture Integrating into Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

常州红色文化蕴含的时代弄潮精神、求知探索精神、实践创新精神、尚德儒雅精神具有重要的创新创业教育价值,能够与创新创业教育有效耦合,培育出优良的创新创业文化。当前地方红色文化融入高职院校创新创业教育还存在融入方式解读固化、主观认知不到位、保障机制不完善、研究深度不足、教学融入方式生硬等困难。高职院校通过组织重视、强化保障机制,激励教师加强研究、创新授课方式、鼓励学生进行红色文创产品创新等途径,可以有力地促进常州红色文化与创新创业教育的有效融合。

Containing the spirit of pioneering of the times,the spirit of seeking knowledge and exploration,the spirit of practice and innovation,and the spirit of morality and elegance,Changzhou Red culture is of great value to innovation and entrepreneurship education,and it can be effectively coupled with innovation and entrepreneurship education to cultivate excellent innovation and entrepreneurship culture.At present,the integration of local Red culture into the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges still has problems such as the solidification of the integration mode,the inadequate subjective cognition,the imperfect guarantee mechanism,the insufficient depth of research,the rigid integration mode of teaching and so on.Higher vocational colleges attach great importance to this and strengthen the guarantee mechanism,encourage teachers to further research and reform teaching methods to enhance the integration of Red cultural into the innovation and entrepreneurship education.
