摘要
为探索高职院校辅导员的心理健康状况和表现,关注其职业压力来源,采用自行编制的辅导员职业压力量表以及症状自评量表SCL-90量表评价辅导员的工作压力。研究发现,辅导员工作中心理负担较重的因素有:工作负荷因素、学校管理因素、社会支持因素、自我发展需要。因此,在认知调节、行为调节及社会支持三个维度层面探索切实可行的心理调适路径,调节和改善辅导员职业压力。
In order to explore the mental health status and performance of counselors in higher vocational colleges and pay attention to their sources of occupational stress,the self-made counselor occupational stress scale and symptom self-assessment scale SCL-90 scale are used to evaluate the counselors'work pressure.The study finds that the most important factors for the psychological burden of counselors are:workload factors,school management factors,social support factors and self-development requirement.Therefore,the paper explores practical psychological adjustment paths to adjust and relieve the professional pressure of counselors.
