摘要
构建"双师型"教师队伍是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要举措,分析了"双师型"教师胜任力的内涵和意义,通过建立"双师型"教师胜任力模型,从设定认定目标、考核胜任能力、完善激励机制、运用考核结果等四个方面,将教师个人目标和组织目标相结合,最终实现"双师型"教师队伍的优化管理。
Construction of a"dual-qualification"teacher team is an important measure in higher vocational colleges.This article analyzes the connotation and significance of"dual-qualification"teacher competence,from four aspects of setting the identification goals,assessing the competence,improving the incentive mechanism,and applying the assessment results to achieve the optimized management of"dual-qualification"teachers by establishing a"dual-qualification"teacher competency model.
