摘要 新型冠状病毒病(COVID-19)导致的急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)需要呼吸支持治疗,俯卧位通气(PPV)是可逆转难治性低氧血症的一种肺保护性通气策略,PPV简单易行,无需特殊设备。针对C0 VID-19致病的病理机制、PPV的实施、PPV效果评估及并发症的预防有必要进一步了解。 Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)caused by coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)requires respiratory support therapy.Prone position ventilation(PPV)is a lung protective ventilation strategy that can reverse refractory hypoxemia.PPV is easy to use and requires no special equipment.It is necessary to understand the pathological mechanism of COVID-19,the implementation of PPV,the evaluation of PPV effects and the prevention of complications.
