发热门诊系统升级应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情

2019年底,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在中国爆发。急诊科发热门诊作为医院的第一道关卡,是防止疫情扩散的最关键场所。原有发热门诊设置已不能满足本次疫情需求,急需遵循感染预防和控制原则,同时结合发热门诊实际情况和经验,针对疫情整体防控和危重患者救治可能涉及的各个环节,从布局分区、人力配置、辅助配套、消毒防护、规范流程、生活管理等方面,从软硬件上全面升级改造整个防控体系,防止发生疫情院内扩散,同时保证危重患者得到及时救治。

A outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia has suddenly erupted in China since the end of 2019.As the first checkpoint of the hospital,the fever clinic of the emergency department is the most important place.The original setting can no longer meet the needs of this epidemic situation.Combining with the principles of infection prevention and control and the actual situation of the fever clinic,we have upgraded several aspects of the fever clinic,including the layout and division,human resource allocation,auxiliary facilities,disinfection and protection methods,standard diagnosis and treatment process,daily life management and other aspects,so as to prevent the spread of the epidemic in hospital and ensure the timely treatment for critical patients.
