摘要
以实验室长期饲养大豆蚜种群为对照,比较分析大豆-玉米邻作田(田间种群A)、大豆-马铃薯邻作田(田间种群B)内大豆蚜种群生命参数,分析田间种群A、田间种群B与实验室种群在2019年7月14日至9月8日期间5次取样生理活性物质含量变化差异。结果表明,大豆蚜田间种群A、B生殖力均强于实验室种群,而大豆蚜田间种群A、B之间生殖力差异不显著。大豆蚜田间种群A、B之间蛋白质含量及蛋白酶活性在各时点均无显著差异(P>0.05),总糖含量在8月25日、9月8日差异显著(P<0.05),海藻糖含量在9月8日差异显著(P<0.05),甘油三酯含量在7月14日、7月28日、9月8日差异显著(P<0.05),说明两田间种群主要在糖代谢和脂代谢方面显著差异,且差异随时间积累逐渐明显。同时发现随气候变化,大豆蚜田间种群选择消耗蛋白质与脂类物质,积累糖类物质抵御不良环境。
In this study, the Aphis glycines population reared in the laboratory for a long time was used as a control to compare and analyze the life parameters of the A. glycines population from the soybean-corn adjacent crop field(field population A) and soybean-potato adjacent crop field(field population B). Differences in the contents of physiological active substances in the samples were analyzed which took five times from population A, field population B and laboratory population, respectively from July 14 to Sep. 8, 2019. The results showed that the fertility of A. glycines field populations A and B was stronger than the laboratory population, while the fertility difference between A. glycines field populations A and B was not significant. Between A. glycines field populations A and B, there was no significant difference in protein contents and protease activities at each time, there were significant differences in the total sugar contents on Aug. 25 and Sept. 8(P<0.05), significant differences in trehalose contents on Sept.8(P<0.05), and significant differences in triglyceride contents on July 14, July 25 and Sep. 8(P<0.05),which indicated that the populations in the two fields were significantly different in glucose metabo-lism and lipid metabolism, and this difference gradually became obvious over time. At the same time, it was found that with the climate changes, A. glycines field populations could choose to consume protein and lipid substances, and accumulate sugar substances to resist adverse environments.
