老龄化背景下社区食堂发展研究——以合肥市三孝口为例

Research on the development of community canteen under the background of aging——Taking Sanxiaokou,Hefei,as An Example

我国现已全面步入老龄化社会,居家养老模式越来越受大众的青睐。其中,创办社区食堂是开展社区居家养老助餐服务的重要一环,如何维持社区食堂的可持续性发展也成为促进居家养老模式发展的关键所在。以合肥市三孝口社区食堂为例,探讨了开展社区食堂的必要性,发现了当前社区食堂存在服务对象不明确、服务水平低、就餐环境差等问题,分析了资本趋利避害、社区责任缺位、人际关系淡漠等方面的原因,最后提出了引导社区选择合适的运营模式、获得相关部门的支持、提高国民素质、细化服务内容、建立监督机制、培养专业人才等解决问题的对策。

China has fully entered the aging society and the home-based nursing model is increasingly favored by the public.Among them,the establishment of community canteen is an important link in the development of home-based catering services for the aged.How to maintain the sustainable development of community canteen has also become the key to promote the development of home-based nursing model.Taking Sanxiaokou community canteen in Hefei as an example,this paper discusses the necessity of developing community canteen,finding out that there exist the problems such as the unclear community canteen service object,low service level and bad dining environment.It analyzes their causes such as the capital nature of tending to benefit and avoiding harm,absence of community responsibility,interpersonal indifference.The countermeasures to solve these problems are to guide the community to choose the appropriate operation mode,obtain the support of relevant departments,improve the national quality and refine the service content,set up the supervision mechanism and train profesional talents.
