摘要近年来,随着高清、超高清视频应用的兴起,视频信息的数据量大幅度增加,现有的压缩方案已经无法满足海量视频的存储和传输要求,为此,最新的视频编码标准-High Efficiency Video Coding(HEVC)于2013年正式发布,相比之前的H.264/AVC,HEVC的压缩效率更高、网络适应性更强。本文将对HEVC技术进行介绍,并对其相关专利情况进行分析。
