摘要
掘进钻车机罩侧门常使用气弹簧辅助开启和锁闭,设计时受空间布局、气弹簧行程等多因素限制,尺寸调整使得计算量较大,难以快速得到满足要求的设计尺寸。本文利用机构仿真的受力计算方法,进一步使用PROE行为建模功能进行优化分析,快速完成了气弹簧铰点优化设计。
Air springs are often used to help to open and close side doors on the engine cover of the tunneling drilling rig.Duo to many limiting factors such as space layout and the stroke of the air spring during the design and large amount of calculation resulted from size adjustments,it’s hard to secure satisfactory design sizes quickly.The paper uses the force calculations of the mechanism simulation and further uses PROE behavioral modeling to perform optimization analysis,to rapidly implement the optimization design of anchor points of the air springs.
