摘要
分析了传统充罐法存在的问题,改进了测量装置的结构和测量方法,提出了针对充罐法的冷凝水量修正方法,采用传感器采集技术,开发出了一种测量精确度较高、重复性较好的空气压缩机容积流量快速检测装置。
The paper analyzes the problems with the traditional tank filling method,refines the structure and measuring method for the test unit,and proposes a modifying method for condensed water quantity for the tank filling method.A quick volume flow test unit featuring high measuring precision and good repeatability for the air compressor is developed by using the collecting technology of sensors.
