摘要
目的探索突发公共卫生事件医务人员休整的适宜模式。方法采用回顾性研究总结某综合医院在研究、部署、组织、实施5批次427名发热门诊医务工作者出诊休整工作的具体安排。通过现状分析、医院具体方案优劣性分析、研究实施对策等,观察医务人员休整期间身体、心理状况、工作完成情况等实施结果。结果某综合医院作为非传染性专科的三级甲等综合医院,发热门诊出诊医务人员采取规范有效的隔离措施,统一休整,身心健康、工作完成出色,无一例感染。结论建立有效的主管部门总协调、相关部门配合管理,现场专人专管的突发公共卫生事件的医务人员服务保障机制。
Objective To explore the appropriate mode of medical staff rest in public health emergencies.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to summarize the specific arrangement of 427 outpatients of fever in the research,deployment,organization and implementation of 5 batches in a general hospital.Through the analysis of the current situation,the advantages and disadvantages of the hospital′s specific programs,and the study of the implementation strategies,the implementation results of the physical,psychological status and work completion of the medical staff during the rest period were observed.Results As a third class general hospital of non infectious specialty,the general hospital standardized and effective isolation measures were taken by the outpatient medical staff of fever clinic,with unified rest,physical and mental health,excellent work and no infection.Conclusion To establish an effective service guarantee mechanism for medical staff in public health emergencies,which includes the general coordination of competent departments,the cooperation of relevant departments,and the special management of on-site personnel.
