加强新冠肺炎疫情下老年医学科门诊与病房管理

Strengthen outpatient and ward management of geriatrics under COVID-19 epidemic.

目的为新冠肺炎疫情下老年医学科门诊与病房管理模式的改善提供相关参考依据。方法以某综合医院为例,阐述在医院疫情防控工作的统一领导下,医院结合老年医学科特点,从楼宇、人员、医疗流程等方面加强管理的相关措施。结果2020年1月25日至3月20日,老年医学科住院患者以内科系统疾病为主,且以男性居多,平均年龄为87.64岁,病床使用率70%以上,其中,通过门诊入院患者为122例,平均年龄为86.12岁,入院疾病涉及呼吸系统、神经系统、肿瘤、心血管系统和消化系统。研究期间,老年医学科的所有住院患者一直处于“不误诊、不漏诊、零感染”的状态。结论新冠肺炎老年患者病死率高,在新冠肺炎疫情下,老年医学科管理模式的改善能够有效防控门诊和病房患者新型冠状病毒的感染。

Objective To provide reference for improving the management mode in geriatrics outpatient and ward during COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Taking one general hospital as an example,this paper expounded the relevant measures to strengthen the management from building,personnel,medical process and other aspects according to the characteristics of geriatrics department under the unified leadership of hospital epidemic prevention and control.Results During the period from January 25 to March 20,2020,the inpatients in geriatric medicine department were mainly diseases of internal medicine system,most of them were male,with an average age of 87.64 years,and the bed utilization rate reached more than 70%.Among them,122 patients were admitted through outpatient service,the average age was 86.12 years,and the diseases involved respiratory system,neurology system,tumor,cardiovascular system and digestive system.During the study period,all inpatients in geriatrics department had been in the state of“no misdiagnosis,no missed diagnosis and no infection”.Conclusion The mortality rate of elderly patients with COVID-19 is high,to promote the management mode for COVID-19 can effectively prevent and control COVID-19 in outpatient and ward patients of geriatric medicine department.
