SanderⅢ矫治器与FRⅢ矫治器矫治早期骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]的临床比较

Clinical comparison of SanderⅢappliance and FRIII appliance in the treatment of early skeletal classⅢmalocclusion

目的探究SanderⅢ矫治器与FRⅢ矫治器矫治早期骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]的临床效果。方法前瞻性按照随机数字表法将2013年3月至2017年6月西宁市口腔医院正畸科收治的68例骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形患者分为两组,两组患者分别采用SanderⅢ矫治器及FrankleⅢ矫治器治疗,纳入SanderⅢ组及FRⅢ组。测定两组患者治疗前后头颅定位侧位片,分析治疗前后硬组织、软组织、牙性指标差异及组间各指标差异。结果两组患者SNA角、ANB角、NA-Apo角、Wits值、U1-SN角、U1-NA角、覆盖及UL-EP等指标较治疗前均显著增加,OP-SN、IMPA角显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后SanderⅢ组患者ANB角显著优于FRⅢ组患者(P<0.05)。结论SanderⅢ型及FRⅢ型矫治器均可显著改善患者骨性畸形程度,改善咬[牙合]关系,SanderⅢ型矫治器可能在矫正硬组织方面略有优势。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of SanderⅢappliance and FRIII appliance in the treatment of early skeletal classⅢmalocclusion.Methods 68 patients with skeletal classⅢmalocclusion in orthodontics department of the hospital from March 2013 to June 2017 were divided into two groups by the random number table method.The patients in the two groups were respectively treated with SanderⅢappliance and FrankleⅢappliance,and they were included in the SanderⅢgroup and FRⅢgroup.The lateral cephalometric films in the two groups were measured before and after treatment.The differences of the above indexes before and after treatment and the differences in all indexes between the two groups were analyzed.Results The SNA angle,ANB angle,NA-Apo angle,Wits value,U1-SN angle,U1-NA angle,coverage and UL-EP in two two groups were significantly increased after treatment,while OP-SN and IMPA angle were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The ANB angle of the SanderⅢgroup was significantly better than that of the FRIII group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Both SanderⅢand FRIII appliances can significantly improve the degree of skeletal deformity and improve the occlusal relationship.The SanderⅢappliance may have a slight advantage in correcting hard tissue.
