摘要
蒙耐尔(Monel)合金是抗腐蚀性的优质材料,随着加工制造业的发展,该材质也开始逐渐被广泛使用。以EO/EG装置为例,阐述了蒙耐尔合金的焊接性能和操作技术要求,确定合理的焊接工艺参数,获得了满意的焊接质量。
Monel alloy is a material with excellent corrosion resistance.With the development of the manufacturing sector,this material is being exten⁃sively used.Taking the EO/EG unit as an example,the welding performance and operating technical requirements for Monel alloy are outlined.Proper welding procedure parameters are determined,and satisfactory welding quality is achieved.
