摘要
团粒法生产的复混肥因其颗粒强度有限,在储存堆放过程中会粉化结块,给产品销售带来问题。通常采用加防结块剂和控制产品温度的方式,会增加生产成本,增加工艺控制的复杂性。采用在复混肥生产过程中加入磷酸铵料浆的方式,改善产品养分的波动同时提高了产品颗粒强度,生产实践证明,这种技改措施是成功的。
Compound fertilizer produced from granular process comes with insufficient strength,which may cause caking during storage,and result in difficulty of product sale.Typical methods like using the anti⁃caking agent or control of product temperature will cause increased production cost,and in⁃crease the complexity of process control.By adding ammonium phosphate slurry to the production process of compound fertilizer,the fluctuation in product nutrients is improved,and the product particle strength is increased.The production practice shows that this technical revamp measure is successful.
