玻璃纤维增强结合树脂粘接义齿用于前牙缺失修复对美学效果及咀嚼效能的影响

Influences of glass fiber reinforced and resin bonded dentures on the aesthetic effect and masticatory efficiency in the restoration of anterior teeth loss

目的探讨玻璃纤维增强结合树脂粘接义齿用于前牙缺失修复对美学效果及咀嚼效能的影响。方法将100例前牙缺失患者以抽签法随机均分为观察组(50例,采用玻璃纤维增强结合树脂粘接义齿修复)和对照组(50例,采用传统金属粘接义齿修复)。比较两组的美学效果及咀嚼效能。结果观察组红色美学指数评分(PES)和白色美学指数评分(WES)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);修复后,观察组咀嚼效能高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用玻璃纤维增强结合树脂粘接义齿修复前牙缺失能够有效提高美学效果及咀嚼效能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the influences of glass fiber reinforced and resin bonded dentures on the anesthetic effect and masticatory efficiency in the restoration of anterior teeth loss.Methods One hundred patients with anterior teeth loss were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases,restored with glass fiber reinforced and resin bonded dentures)and control group(50 cases,restored with traditional metal bonded dentures)by the lottery method.The aesthetic effect and masticatory efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results The pink ethetic score(PES)and white ethetic score(WES)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After repair,the masticatory efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The glass fiber reinforced and resin bonded denture applied in the restoration of anterior teeth loss can effectively improve the aesthetic effect and masticatory efficiency,which is worth popularizing.
