丁苯酞软胶囊联合银杏内酯注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with ginkgolide injection in the treatment of convalescent patients with ischemic stroke

目的研究丁苯酞软胶囊联合银杏内酯注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月入院的78例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组单用丁苯酞软胶囊,研究组联用丁苯酞软胶囊与银杏内酯注射液。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组神经功能缺损评分降低,日常生活能力、肢体功能评分均提高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的超敏C反应蛋白水平降低,神经生长因子、脑源性神经营养因子水平均升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊与银杏内酯注射液联合治疗恢复期缺血性脑卒中的效果显著,可有效改善患者的神经功能、肢体功能及血清细胞因子水平,提升其日常生活能力,且不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with ginkgolide injection in the treatment of convalescent patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Seventy-eight convalescent patients with ischemic stroke admitted from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsule alone,and the study group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsule and ginkgolide injection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the score of neurological deficit in both groups decreased,the scores of ability of daily life and limb function increased,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in both groups decreased,the levels of nerve growth factor and brain-derived neurotrophic factor increased,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of butylphthalide soft capsule and ginkgolide injection in the treatment of convalescent ischemic stroke has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the nerve function,limb function,serum cytokine levels and ability of daily life of patients,with few adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing and applying.
