利奈唑胺与万古霉素治疗MRSA医院获得性肺炎的药物经济学分析

Pharmacoeconomics analysis of linezolid and vancomycin in the treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia by MRSA infection

目的比较利奈唑胺与万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)医院获得性肺炎的疗效和经济学效果。方法回顾性分析我院2017年12月至2018年12月临床诊断为MRSA医院获得性肺炎的患者68例,按照抗感染治疗药物的不同将其分为万古霉素组(n=42)和利奈唑胺组(n=26)。万古霉素组给予注射用万古霉素,利奈唑胺组给予利奈唑胺注射液。应用成本-效果分析的方法评价利奈唑胺和万古霉素治疗MRSA感染所致医院获得性肺炎的有效性、经济性及安全性。结果万古霉素组与利奈唑胺组的临床治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。万古霉素组药费和平均住院费用均高于利奈唑胺组(P<0.05)。万古霉素、利奈唑胺治疗MRSA感染所致医院获得性肺炎的成本-效果比分别为786.53、726.33。结论利奈唑胺治疗MRSA感染所致医院获得性肺炎的成本-效果比优于万古霉素。

Objective To compare the the economic and therapeutic effects of linezolid and vancomycin in the treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)infection.Methods Sixty-eight patients with hospital acquired pneumonia by MRSA infection from December 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different anti-infective drugs,the patients were divided into vancomycin group(n=42)and linezolid group(n=26).The vancomycin group was given vancomycin for injection,and the linezolid group was given linezolid injection.The cost-effectiveness analysis was used to evaluate the effectiveness,economy and safety of linezolid and vancomycin in treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia by MRSA infection.Results There was no significant difference between the vancomycin group and the linezolid group in the total effective rate of clinical treatment(P>0.05).The drug cost and average hospitalization cost of the vancomycin group were higher than those of the linezolid group(P<0.05).The cost-effectiveness ratio of vancomycin and linezolid was 786.53 and 726.33 respectively.Conclusion The cost-effectiveness ratio of linezolid is better than vancomycin in the treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia by MRSA infection.
