62例民航飞行员颅脑磁共振的影像分析

Analysis of brain magnetic resonance imaging of 62 civil aviation pilots

目的分析62例民航飞行员颅脑磁共振(MR)影像,探讨颅脑MR在民航飞行员体检鉴定中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析62例民航飞行员颅脑MR影像资料。结果62例民航飞行员中,慢性鼻窦炎12例、上颌窦囊肿10例、慢性鼻窦炎合并窦腔内囊肿4例、下鼻甲肥大6例、脑白质高信号(WMHs)6例、动脉瘤1例、蛛网膜囊肿1例,余22例正常。结论颅脑MR对提高航空体检鉴定质量及保障飞行安全有重要价值。

Objective To analyze the brain magnetic resonance(MR)imaging of 62 civil aviation pilots and explore the application value of brain MR in the physical examination of civil aviation pilots.Methods The brain MR image data of 62 civil aviation pilots were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 62 civil aviation pilots,there were 12 cases of chronic sinusitis,10 cases of maxillary sinus cyst,4 cases of chronic sinusitis with cyst in sinus cavity,6 cases of hypertrophic inferior turbinate,6 cases of white matter hyperintensities(WMHs),1 case of aneurysm,1 case of arachnoid cyst and 22 cases of normal.Conclusion Brain MR plays an important role in improving the quality of aviation physical examination and ensuring flight safety.
