椎间孔镜髓核摘除术后辅助独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

Effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the adjuvant treatment of lumbar disc herniation after intervertebral foramen lens removel of nucleus pulposus

目的探讨椎间孔镜髓核摘除术后辅助独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。方法随机将2016年5月至2019年5月我院收治的118例LDH患者分为对照组与观察组,各59例。对照组给予椎间孔镜髓核摘除术,观察组在对照组的基础上加用独活寄生汤。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗后,两组PGE2及5-HT水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清中的IL-1β、TNF-α、SOD及MDA水平均改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的JOA评分均升高,ODI评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组FBSS总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论椎间孔镜髓核摘除术后辅助独活寄生汤治疗LDH的效果显著,可以减轻患者疼痛及炎症反应,改善其腰椎功能,降低FBSS发生率。

Objective To explore the effect Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the adjuvant treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)after intervertebral foramen lens removel of nucleus pulposus.Methods A total of 118 patients with LDH admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was given intervertebral foramen lens removel of nucleus pulposus,and the observation group was added with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of PGE2 and 5-HT in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-1β,TNF-α,SOD and MDA of the two groups improved,and the improvement degree of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,JOA score of the two groups increased,and ODI score of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of FBSS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the adjuvant treatment of LDH after intervertebral foramen lens removel of nucleus pulposus has a significant effect.It can alleviate the pain and inflammatory reactions of patients,improve the lumbar function,and reduce the incidence of FBSS.
