加味双柏膏外敷应用于急性踝关节扭伤早期治疗中的临床效果

Clinical effect of external application of modified Shuangbai ointment in early treatment of acute ankle sprain

目的探讨加味双柏膏外敷应用于急性踝关节扭伤早期治疗中的临床效果。方法将符合诊断标准的72例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组采用“RICE”原则治疗,观察组采用外敷加味双柏膏治疗。比较两组治疗前、后AOFAS评分、疼痛情况、肿胀评分及治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的AOFAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的VAS、肿胀评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味双柏膏外敷应用于急性踝关节扭伤早期治疗的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external application of modified Shuangbai ointment in early treatment of acute ankle sprain.Methods A total of 72 patients with acute ankle sprain who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with"RICE"principle,and the observation group was treated with external application of modified Shuangbai ointment.The AOFAS score,pain,swelling score before and after treatment and clinical efficacy after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the AOFAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and swelling scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of modified Shuangbai ointment in early treatment of acute ankle sprain has a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
