中医外治护理干预在视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者中的应用效果

Application effect of TCM external treatment nursing intervention in patients with central retinal vein obstruction

目的分析中医外治护理干预在视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的89例视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者,按照简单随机化法分为对照组(44例,常规治疗及护理)和观察组(45例,中医外治护理干预)。比较两组治疗前、后的中医证候积分、黄斑区视网膜厚度及视力情况。结果治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分及黄斑区视网膜厚度均低于对照组,视力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医外治护理干预在视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者中的应用效果显著,能有效改善患者视力。

Objective To study the application effect of TCM external treatment nursing intervention in patients with central retinal vein obstruction.Methods A total of 89 patients with central retinal vein obstruction were selected.According to the simple randomized method,the patients were divided into control group(44 cases,routine treatment and nursing)and observation group(45 cases,TCM external treatment nursing intervention).The TCM syndrome score,macular retinal thickness and visual acuity were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and macular retinal thickness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the visual acuity was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM external treatment nursing intervention applied to patients with central retinal vein obstruction has a significant application effect,it can effectively improve the vision of patients.
