认知行为疗法在精神分裂症中的应用效果及对患者病耻感的影响

Application effect of cognitive behavior therapy on schizophrenia and its influence on patients'stigma

目的探讨认知行为疗法在精神分裂症中的应用效果及对患者病耻感的影响。方法将76例精神分裂症患者根据等距抽样法分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组给予常规式传统护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予认知行为疗法。比较两组的应用效果。结果干预后,两组的病耻感各项评分及总分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的SSPI、ITAQ评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的PANSS各项评分及总分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的12周内复发率及再住院率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为疗法可降低精神分裂症患者的病耻感,提高康复效果,改善其自知力、社交功能,降低复发率与再住院率。

Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavior therapy on schizophrenia and its influence on patients'stigma.Methods A total of 76 patients with schizophrenia were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of isometric sampling,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional traditional nursing,and the observation group was given cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores and total score of stigma in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SSPI and ITAQ in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores and total score of PANSS in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and readmission rate within 12 weeks in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy can reduce the stigma of schizophrenia patients,improve the rehabilitation effect,self-knowledge and social function,decrease the recurrence rate and readmission rate.
