摘要 医学继续教育是通过相应的继续教育项目来提升医务人员业务能力水平的一种有计划的、持续性的工作。做好继续教育绩效管理,探索适合医务人员“终身成长”的医学继续教育模式,开创医学继续教育新局面,对实施专业技术人员“终身成长”长远规划的战略有着极其重要的作用。继续教育管理科学化、制度化的客观要求,使量化评估专业技术人员继续教育的绩效,成为提高继续教育管理效益的必然发展趋势。 Continuing medical education is a planned and continuous work to improve the professional competence of medical staff through corresponding continuing education projects.Perfecting performance management of continuing education,exploring the mode of continuing medical education which is suitable for medical staff's"lifelong growth"and creating a new situation of continuing medical education play an extremely important role in implementing the strategy of long-term plan of"lifelong growth"of professional and technical personnel.The objective requirements of scientific and institutionalized management of continuing education make it inevitable trends to quantitatively evaluate the performance of continuing education of professional and technical personnel to improve the efficiency of management of continuing education.
