从全木桶模型谈良好管理体系的构建

Inspiration of Entire-barrel Model to Construct Good Management System

党的十八大以来,党中央在推进政治、经济、军事、科学、文化等方面的决策和部署,越来越让人感受到其背后蕴含思维方法的科学性与系统性。管理体系是系统工程在管理中的应用,良好的管理系统可以更好地解决系统的复杂性,这凸显出系统的重要作用,进而服务于现代化发展。因此构建良好管理体系意义深远。本文结合系统的五个基本特性提出构建管理体系的基本要求,并基于全木桶模型,从多维度提出管理体系的构建方法。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the objectives,policies and decisions in promoting politics,economy,military,science and culture aspects designed by our government’s Central Committee have demonstrated more and more power of systematic thinking.Constructing good management systems is crucial for the development of enterprises.Based on the five basic characteristics of the system,this paper puts forward the basic requirements of the management system and comprehensive construction methods of the management system based on entire-barrel model.
