金融标准化提升策略的思考——以浙江为例

Thoughts on the Strategy of Promoting Financial Standardization——Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

浙江是习近平总书记提出标准化战略思想的发源地和实践地,也是国家金融标准创新试点省,加强和实施浙江省金融改革标准化建设工作,为全国金融标准体系探索路径和经验,是一项重要和紧迫的任务。作者通过分析浙江省金融标准创新建设推进情况,结合其他省份金融业标准发布情况,总结出浙江省金融标准化工作的意义在于促进高质量发展、提升现代金融治理和支持金融市场开放。最后作者提出针对加强浙江金融标准化建设要“加强顶层设计,构建金融标准工作机制”“加快经验转化,提升金融标准研制能力”“加强宣贯力度,提高金融标准认知程度”和“强化监督检查,构建金融标准评价机制”的对策建议。

Zhejiang is the birthplace and practice of general secretary Xi Jinping's standardization strategy,and also the national financial standard innovation pilot province.By analyzing the promotion of financial standard innovation in Zhejiang Province and the release of financial industry standards in other provinces,the author concludes that the significance of financial standardization in Zhejiang Province lies in promoting high-quality development and modern financial governance and supporting the opening of financial market.Finally,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the financial standardization in Zhejiang Province,such as"strengthening the toplevel design,building the working mechanism of financial standards","speeding up the transformation of experience,improving the development ability of financial standards","strengthening propaganda and implementation,improving the cognitive level of financial standards"and"strengthening supervision and inspection and building the evaluation mechanism of financial standards".
