基于“标准线”提升养老机构服务质量的方法研究

Research on Improving Services of Nursing Homes by Applying Standards

随着我国老年人口的迅速增长和养老观念的转变,机构养老成为了重要的养老方式,养老服务也得到快速发展。本文主要从标准化的角度对养老机构服务的政策措施、标准体系的建立及三“标准线”对提升养老机构服务质量方面进行了分析探究。

With the rapid growth of elderly population and the change of the concept of elderly care,nursing home has become an important way of providing elderly care services,which is developing rapidly.This paper analyzes and studies the relevant policies,standards system and three important standards fore elderly care,aiming at improving services of elderly care institutions from the perspective of standardization.
